All applications for incorporation are to be lodged through the Nauru Agency Corporation as the registered corporate agent for the Republic of Nauru.
Process time of applications will take 2-3 working days.
Incorporation documents should first be submitted electronically via fax or e-mail first, but original paper copies must also be submitted by post. The Nauru Agency Corporation will not be able to process incorporation before all of the above documents are received.
The following forms must be completed before processing can commence: | |
Supporting Documents that are required to be submitted with the Application Form:
- Notarised brief resume of the applicant’s signed by the applicant
- Two character references
- Reference from a reputed international bank on the applicant’s creditworthiness and financial standing;
- Notarised copies of the passports of the subscribers, directors and beneficial owner/principal;
- Notarised copy of a recent utility bill showing the place of residence of the subscribers, directors and beneficial owner/principal.
- Certificate in original form from relevant government authorities proving confirmation that the subscribers, directors and beneficial owner/principal have no criminal record;
- Business Plan of the proposed corporation,
- In cases where shareholders and directors are corporate bodies, a duly notarised set of corporate documents and certificate of good standing is required
All of the above listed documents should first be submitted electronically via fax or e-mail first, but must also be submitted in hard copy by mail. The Nauru Agency Corporation will not be able to process incorporation before all of the above documents are received.

As providers of corporate services, the Nauru Agency Corporation is required by law to clearly identify its clients and the beneficial owners of the company before engaging itself into any services.
The information provided by client are only for the Nauru Agency Corporation’s internal use and will be kept confidential at all times subject to applicable laws. This information is not part of any public record, so the confidentiality of client information remains protected.
The Nauru Agency Corporation will consider the person(s) indicated in the application form to be its client(s) and/or the beneficial owner(s) of the company ordered. The Nauru Agency Corporation will not take any further instructions in relation to this company from any other persons except the one(s) indicated in the application form, unless otherwise communicated to the Nauru Agency Corporation in writing by beneficial owner(s). |
